A signed but undated watercolour of the church interior. This shows the church before the wrought iron screen was erected in 1908.
An oil painting from around 1958 by John Emmerson Walker (“Jack”) showing a fête in the garden of the Rectory. The Walkers lived in Waterend Lane in the house they had called Ayest Cottage, now known as Hafod.
A plaque presented to Rev. Davies upon his departure from the parish in 1962. The names listed are both residents and non-residents, who presumably attended the church. The illustrations reflect aspects of Rev. Davies’ life. The artist is unknown but thought to have been Don Ferris. An undated oil painting of the church by Anthony Brown. Late 20th century. Anthony Brown was a local artist who lived in Welwyn Garden City and was a regular exhibitor at the WGC Art Club annual show. He was known for his large works, which were not usually for sale.
